A SALES DIRECTOR IN PEST CONTROL is required by my client. They are a forward thinking organisation that is instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field and they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and delivery of service. They are an international market leader in PEST CONTROL and due to continued success and growth; an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional SALES DIRECTOR to cover the UK.
They are looking for someone with CONTRACT CLEAING, CONTRACT CATERING, PEST CONTROL, WASTE MANAGEMENT, LAUNDRY SERVICES, MANPOWER SERVICES, SUPPORT SERVICES, SECURITY SERVICES, MANNED GUARDING, BUSINESS SERVICES, ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS, HVAC, AIR CONDITIONING, HEALTH & SAFETY, WASTE MANAGEMENT, M & E CONTRACTING, ACCESS CONTROL, FIRE SYSTEMS, RISK ASSESMENT, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT CATERING experience, experience in CONTRACT CLEANING or they will look at someone who has experience of selling into the Health Care, Education, Commercial, Leisure & Retail market place to work throughout the UK.
As a SALES DIRECTOR you will be responsible for new business development of the company’s portfolio of PEST CONTROL selling to a customer base including Health Care, Education, Commercial, and Leisure & Retail throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing a team of 16 Business development Managers, 6 Key Account Managers and various internal sales executives. You will have experience of developing new business and will also have an understanding of how to build relationships with key customers and accounts to maintain, develop and expand the company’s product portfolio.
Responsible to the Managing Director and as a SALES DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for your own personal, individual target, ensuring you hit set targets, and further develop profitable sales so working to a target is something you will be familiar with.

You will possess a PROVEN TRACK RECORD either within SOFT SERVICES, WASTE MANAGEMENT, PEST CONTROL, CARPET CLEANING, MANNED GUARDINGCONTRACT CLEANING, SECURITY SERVICES, CONTRACT CARPETS, CONTRACT INTERIOR, CONTRACT FLOORING, BUILDING SERVICES, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or you will have experience of selling into the Health Care, Education, Commercial, Leisure or Retail market place and you will have experience of working throughout the UK. The company require Driven, Determined, Ambitious and Tenacious applicants who have a strong commercial acumen, are structured and who have experience of developing new relationships whilst building on existing relationships and ideally you will possess strong personal contacts with key players.
