Client: Location: Salary: Area Sales Director - YorkshireThe Area Sales Director will have overall responsibility for new business revenue throughout Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. This will be achieved through effectively recruiting, managing, coaching and leading a sales team to deliver high performance and exceed revenue targets set. The Area Sales Director directly supervises a team of Area Sales Managers, in this case numbering 9.
You will have:

?Ã? Experience of developing, coaching and motivating a high performing sales team in a competitive and results driven environment.
?Ã? People management skills including, recruiting and performance management.
?Ã? Evidence of strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task and delegate workload effectively.
?Ã? Professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
?Ã? Customer focused with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
?Ã? Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills.
?Ã? Ability to lead through vision and values and align performance to ensure success.
?Ã? Proven experience of preparing and implementing business plans.
?Ã? Ability to travel up to approx 80% of time or as the business demands
Our client is a UK Leader in the Business Services Sector
£50,000 to £55,000 plus car allowance plus 50% bonus and benefits.
